Why are they dressing Lady Louise so frumpy? She is pretty, give
her some clothes that suit her, goddamnit!

I've always wondered if Louise wasn't permanently affected by
the trauma surrounding her birth. She could have been deprived
of oxygen during the time it took for her mother to get to the
hospital after her placental abruption and that can have
serious, if not fatal, consequences for the baby. I sincerely
hope not, of course, but that might help explain her parents'
keeping such tight control over all aspects of her life
(including keeping her in clothes much too juvenile for her
age).

In any case, I can´t see a purpose for those frumpy clothes.
I hope she is OK.

At church , as bad as they are at keeping Louise young and
dressing her horrificly , do most people even know James . The
way they treat Louise I’m of the view James must just be out of
nappies and feeding himself. Sophie and Lettie would get on
well.

I see Louise having plenty of time with her grandparents, alone,
and she seems happy and confident.
I trust that James feels secure in the family but not
comfortable in public always.
I don't know that Lettie would encourage her girls to carriage
drive?
