A move to calm public horror over the split. Charlotte was
starting to look like she has a serious problem. Saving face
IMO. They will probably quietly split in a few years.

Here's the denial.
“Mademoiselle Charlotte Casiraghi and Monsieur Dimitri Rassam
harassed by the scandal press, formally deny all unfounded
rumours of their separation which are being circulated.
The explanation of this cynical and false information is simple:
to portray conflict where there is not and never was, with the
goal of monetizing it, because the announcement of a separation
always motivates good sales.
Given the harmful nature of this rumour for themselves, their
children and loved ones, they have agreed to ask their lawyer to
initiate all legal proceedings, where possible before criminal
courts.”

I guess we'll have to wait and see if they actually sue anybody.
If they don't, then we can assume their relationship is over.
