I think I would do the same as they do now. Bring the kids. You
want to stay together in a situation like this.

Borders have closed. I have a family member in another country
and that is worrying.
Denmark speaks of lifting isolation soon. Lucky them.

It isnīt like the virus is gone with the lifting. Vulnerable
groups still have to be very, very careful!
Small children will be sent back to school and kindergarten
after Easter. Parents are in uproar - but studies show that
children do not get infected easily and if they do, they have
mild cases and equally do not pass it on easily.
But still, it is a gamble!
In my home country, Iceland, they are doing very well with the
virus. They test more than any other country in the world, trace
and isolate.
Schools for little kids and kindergartens were never closed.
They go every day, but part time and in teams of a few at a
time. It hasnīt caused problems. It is important for the kids to
get out and interact. You have to weigh those things.
Hard times, my heart bleeds for everyone suffering, one way or
the other.

As long as we do not have enough tests and masks available for
everybody, I hope they will NOT lift the isolation too quickly
or else we will run towards a disaster... not that I have much
hope in our governments who have acted irresponsibly and ignored
the threat even though they were aware of it in January
already. Now I do realize that what we are living is not
something that was easy to grasp and believe in... still, as a
striking contrast, Germany has been preparing for it since
January, producing tests which they use intensively and the
result is there: many people test positive but very few deaths.
They also have a robust health care system with much more ICU
beds and nearly one ventilator per ICU bed (250000 ventilators
vs. 5000 for France).

Denmark is doing rather badly in this, I think. In Europe, I
look to my own home country, Iceland, to Finland and to Germany.
Finland, because of itīs geological placement and its daunting
neighbour, Russia, is used to being prepared and always stocked
well up on equipment. It serves them well now.

sorry if this has been posted. a nice video with the kids
speaking at the end and vince speaking his mind out.
Christian misses his friends from school and more physical
activity. Isabella misses friends too but finds homeschooling
quite nice. Josephine likes to video chat with her friends. and
vince finds homeschooling dull.
Abs, is that correct?

Yes, thatīs about right. Christian misses his friends and to
have more variety in daily life, like sports and physical
activity over a longer period of time.
Iz misses her friends - doesnīt sound like she really, REALLY
does. Weird for a girl her age. She likes the video classes.
We can always count on Vince to speak his mind, he is so funny!
He thinks the video classes are super boring.
Josephine uses Facetime a lot with her friends, she thinks it is
cosy, not a word about school.

The crown princely family has decided to move from Amalienborg
to Fredensborg. Amalienborg in center of city, Fredensborg in
the countryside.
So same procedure as Jokke and family - get away from the
infectuous city.
