Happy Thanksgiving. I love it. This year though no celebration
with like-minded friends. We're on lockdown here.

Sorry for not changing to the New Yearīs design, I simply
forgot. Will be up for one day, it is so dark!
Thank you for those beautiful words, Chandraseki.
2020 was a year of many horrors, I canīt even begin to describe
all the things that have happened around me!
Most of it has nothing to do with Covid - not directly at least.
Latest horror that happened: a friend of mine had some pain in
her back. It got worse and worse over a couple of weeks leading
up to Christmas.
She had to undergo surgery. Turned out it was a rather
insignificant fistula in her spinal cord.
If it had been anywhere else in her body, it wouldnīt have done
any harm, but hey, this was 2020, and she lost her ability to
walk!
She is now in a training center to try to regain her ability to
walk.
And that was not all, her mother had a stroke and died during
Christmas.
She is a teacher, has a husband and two children, the youngest
still lives at home.
I have many such stories - many, it is CRAZY.
I hope the new year will be better!!!!! I hope you all got
through this annus horribilis that was, and we are looking to a
brighter future.

My friend can walk with crutches now, I am happy report! I hope
she will be back to normal soon!
So happy about that!

How terrible, I feel for your friend. Good to hear she's getting
better, I wish her all the best.
I hope and wish, all the horror stays in 2020 and we have only
better and good times ahead.
