Great to see you guys too! I haven’t done much royal watching
except Andrew Harry and Megs and that’s all quite depressing
Good news! Got up off my butt, delegated a lot of chores and am
busy decorating. My husband put up the main tree and will run
errands. My kid is carrying boxes around and my dad is
decorating the long bannister in our foyer. Got the grocer to
deliver the baking items. Yeah, I’m that kind of princess. But
I have so much work to do with work. And tomorrow a quick gift
and clothing shop

Hey, you gave me some inspiration! We don´t have a banister in
our flat in Copenhagen, but we do in the holiday house! And it
is so cute and is just there literally just begging for an X-mas
decoration.
Have to google, we never did that before. I think it must be an
American thing actually.

i love decorated bannisters!
the christmas tree was put up today. will start decorating it
tomorrow but i already put up two decorations which a friend
brought from Oman, one of them is a camel which truly cracks me
up.
in the meantime i am enjoying a quiet evening, with a cup of tea
and just lit the second candle on my adventswreath.
next week i have a small pre-christmas dinner with a small group
of friends. we've been doing this for a few years now. it makes
this time of the year all the more enjoyable.

Sounds nice, Cara!
Our Christmas will be a bit hectic, because we chose to go to
holiday house - and we cannot travel there until Monday night
the 23rd.
Hoping for snow while we are there, but there never is anymore,
so rare in Denmark.
Iceland is drowning in it now, btw, they have a
monster-snowstorm. Hope everyone will be fine!
