i died with my knight on 1500 fame and then got 3200 but it dont
gave me the 5th star then i died with my rogue on 1200 fame and
got 2007 fame but i didnt get the star again :S

You know, I like it this way actually. It's too easy to die with
600 fame and get 2000 with only bonusses, because of the
chickens. Now it at least takes some 'effort' to get the white
star.
