What is its use? cause i got in it Battle Arena in a huge Black

Its a grey amulet,no bonus stats or fame bonus,it says
something about knowledge and something,also it said that makes
thing sell lower (i tested it and the items are the same price)
also,it says ''Breaks upon use.'' weird.

ah yea its probably the item you need to forge items with to
upgrade them
for example a t7 abillity on slot 4
and that amulet on slot 7
you do:
/forge 4 7 and you get a t8 abillity

with this amulet you get a better list with /forgelist and you
can forge items for the half price.
