Error #2048 at Beggining

As im new in this community, i downloaded new 1.4 -
When i registered and created my little wizard, i tried to login
(join in the nexus)
I get an error saying
Security Error #2048
Connection Failed, Retrying....
How do i fix that?
EDIT
I use Google Chrome to load the .swf because i have no idea of
how to load it, i have shockwave and all.
I selected predetermined program Google chrome, it loads it, but
the same error happens.

Maybe the server is down
when its gonna get up im gonna postulate for Admin/GM

It means the server is offline and they are ading new things.
