Items Disappearing

I got a problem that did my lost good items.
Today i was doing arena,was killing bosses and got good
items,then server did me get dc'ed and lost this items:
Magma Shield,2x Incs,Pyra,Bulwark,T13 Wand and Jungle Armor.
I need help please Enno :(

First of all: that can happen to everyone, so no refunds. Second
of all: who had permission for events?

People tell me trick does arenas very often without asking but
meh I can't prove anything without proof and they can't too :|
