       Server on/off plugin

       It would be awesome if there is a plugin somewhere that shows if
       the server is online,offline or maintence. maybe even show what
       admins are on the server.
       I think that will clear a little bit of confusion.
       Opinions please :)

       just try to connect and when you cant get in the server is off.
       That easy :P
