       Train 200 monks to full proficiency
       Renew sanctuary animal facilities, enclosures and caretaker
       cabins.
       Open Greenhouses at Rosewood for food cropping and enhance wild
       culture as well as cultivation.
       Establish 3 Preserve Sanctuary Parks in deep rural areas of the
       ozarks, one for the location of Church Administrative
       Headquarters.
       Relocate the Special Needs House to a larger facility in a rural
       location.
