       Epiphany 2019

       Alll Members Should be Getting Ready for the Annual Business
       Meeting during the Epiphany Feast
       [move]January 5th, 6th & 7th
       [/move]
       Local Feasts will be held this year and discuss the National
       Feast at Rosewood in 2020
       Member Ceremonies should take place on the 6th
       - All Old Business must be submitted by January 1st, 2019, for
       closure on the 5th.
       - All New Business must be on agenda by January 3rd 2019, for
       discussion on the 7th.
       - SOtEM is selecting officiants for the Ordainments, the
       Thanksgiving and the Gloria
       - SOtEM will provide a Custodian of Ceremonies for future events
       The Church will reinstate a gaurd
       The Church will schedule Rosewood for rehabitation in 2020
       All new Church Houses will be formalized
