How groundwater has become an alternative

Much of the problem is that Qatar wants an agreement of more
than 20 years, while Germany wants to exit the gas market before
2040. More generally, the question of whether governments and
citizens will have to face the limitations of fossil fuel supply
in the face of the environmental imperatives of the energy
transition brings us closer to an answer. Like Dickens's
fictional character Wilkins Micawber, Western politicians can
wait for "something to happen." In the "global South"8, energy
rationing is already here, which makes the pressure of reality
       much greater.

to reduce carbon emissions more quickly
or due to recession – Western countries are moving towards
reducing energy consumption. If the US social movementsthat fight
for affordable housing, green density and better access to
public transportation mobilize and advance at the same time that
activists on the front lines make the work of miners more
difficult, I think it can be considered that there is a
coalition of the chain whether or not they are in an explicit
       alliance with each other.

All these actions lead us towards a form of energy transition
that is less intensive in the use of resources and more
egalitarian and democratic. It seems less important to me that
the social movements and actors involved are explicitly allying
themselves with each other, and more relevant, on the other
hand, that we are sharpening our vision and our tactics in
       relation to the supply chain.
