       Found: AARC 2011 1370 Antioch, CA

       There is a banded black pigeon with white tail feathers in our
       backyard. It has been visiting our bird feeders for about a
       week. We were able to take photos of the band and the "AARC
       2011" is very clear. The "1370" is not as clear and could
       possibly be "1376".
       I have left a message with the phone numbers listed in the other
       post about AARC, but did not get a call back.
       It seems to be in good shape. There is a small patch of feathers
       missing around the crop area. We have not been attempted to
       catch it.
