Johnny, move the egg to another nest, if the egg has paratyphoid
it will turn black and die before it is hatched in most cases.
Should be fine, good luck. I would treat all my birds with
Baytril. It would help prevent it returning to use ACV in the
water to help acidify their crop and guts.
Paratyphoid/Salmonella has a hard time surviving in an acidic
       environment. Good luck!

Through it out. The egg may hatch and may get a few days on the
youngster and then it will die. If the other eggs hatch, they
could catch paratyphoid or it could spreed it to the pair
feeding. You need to clean the pen good and treat all your birds
       for paratyphoid. :(

The turning of the head upside down is called torticollis and is
typically seen in PMV(Newcastle) infection. Other
encephalopathies are possible with viral, bacterial toxic
       causes.
