Hello, the other day I bought some roller pigeons and would like
help in identifying where they came from and what not:

Why don't you just ask the person that you bought them from??
That would be my first place to start. Or, contact the NBRC (
National Birmingham Roller Club) NPA (National Pigeon
Association). Can't help on the EZR band. Depends on where you
live, for the NCRC could stand for North Central Roller Club or
Northern California Roller Club
