Hey has anyone seen or heard from Scott Campbell? I miss his
posts and humorous one liners :D

Hi Raul, doing some work on the site when I saw your question. I
just heard today in a phone conversation with someone that Scott
Campbell is out of birds. Got rid of everything. He is working a
new business and just does not have the time for them. I think
there might be another reason or two but that is all I can
really say.
It is a real loss to the hobby if this is true. All I can say is
I hope he comes back real soon. Who is going to call anyone a
reefer smoking midget? :P

agree he will be a real loss to the roller hobby, I think the
color guys must be happy :P I to hope he comes back soon!

LMAO Tony, that goes back a long ways to when your forum was in
its infancy. "reefer smoking circus midgets" ... That actually
was one the posts that got me to following your site. I thought
to myself, "if guys can think up stuff like that to talk about
on a pigeon site, I gotta see how it ends". Im glad to still be
here and to have been a part of it for so long. We'll all miss
Scott C. and wish him a quick return to the hobby.
Merry Christmas to all! Wish you the best for the upcoming year.

hehehe...sure does bring back some fun old memories! ;D Scott
will be back, rollers are in his blood. He just needs some time
and he will be back giving the color roller breeders the old
what for...

This gives me a great idea, why not share your favorite
recollection about Scott on the boards?!
I remember him always giving ole Bob McGuan the hardest time
about color rollers. He would go to his site and give him grief
of some sort or another and come back here laughing about it. I
always cringed to see how Bob would react! :P

Scott definitely had an extremist view towards color birds and
anyone who had color birds. Not always the most rational guy
when the subject of "color" came around but on the rare
occasions that he talks just about flying and breeding rollers,
he knows what he's talking about. For all the stuff he's said
about alot of the people I respect, Scott Campbell is a good guy
according to all accounts. I've had a few pms with him and I
respect the guy and yes, he is out of birds but like Tony said,
once you get rollers in your blood, you'll come back; there's no
two ways about it.

Scott C. definitively has STRONG oppinions about every thing--
but TRULY enjoyed reading what he wrote from life to birds--
even if we DISAGREED ON COLORS being MUTTS or MONGRELS-- Pray he
does well in new bussness. COME BACK SOON SCOTT C.
