Is it anyone close to dayton, ohio

i love this site but i am a more hands on learner. so if any one
live 50 to 100 miles from dayton ohio contact me and possibly we
could get together and fly some birds. i am willing to help with
any thing so contact me if you are close...

The Canton area used to be a hotbed and in the surrounding
Canton area, there are still some great flyers. If I were you,
I'd join their club which I believe is still around and make the
drive out there to visit those guys...of course that's just me.
Otherwise if there isn't a club in Ohio anymore, as I've said
before, find a way to put up a club for the Ohio area. :)

I know that the Canton area used to be a hotbed for rollers, as
many roller men (great roller men) as anywhere in the US from
the 1960s-1990s. I don't have the contact info but I'm sure if
you search enough, you will find what you need.
If you are looking for info on starting a club, I might be able
to help you with that.

Marvin,
Mumtaztic who is on this site has a web page called "MUMTAZTIC
LOFT", check out his site, he has a list of breeders from across
the USA and the breeds they keep. There are several individuals
listed in Ohio, and a couple that have rollers, contact them and
see if you can meet up with them or maybe they know someone
around you who is not on the list but may welcome visitors!
Also, talk to the owner of the site itself, he seems to know his
stuff and its a good site to check out.

Dayton is roughly two hours from here. I am as far south as you
can go and still be in Ohio. :) Look on the map along the Ohio
river where the Scioto joins in.
