THE ONLY ONES THAT DON'T CULL DON'T FLY EITHER. THE BIRDS ARE
HERE FOR US NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. If you want to by cull
birds you may find they are not for sale. But you can always
try.

i cull . and i cull very hard. its the only way to improve your
flock. i dont feel bad about it the old guy next door loves to
eat my culls. they dont go to waste.

That is a good point Jeff most of us keep our lofts very clean
and are birds very healthy so why not offer our culls as food
there is a lot of people that would love to have them. Squab has
been eaten around the world for years.

This almost makes me laugh.....Really.....did you know that god
naturally culls....its called evolution...survival of the
fittest. Our culling is called man made evolution.....the other
culling is called....you cant survive....so you better change or
you starve to death.
Did you know that Elk are culled due to not enough food when a
herd gets to big...do you know that they watch and watch and
cull the weak.....
We do the same thing.....Should I watch a bird bounce of the my
roof fiffty times and is all messed up.. ....or do I say....this
bird has a genetic flaw and needs to be culled. By the way...I
eat my pigeons as well as my neighbors.
Culls are often sold to BOP trainers.....Falcons eat them for
training.....
If you have been around animals and most don't cull then they
are lying to you. I myself have been in animal husbandry since I
was 7 years old....I have raised Champion Sheep, Dairy Goats,
Hogs, Pigeons, Doves and the list goes on.....and guess
what...>THEY ALL CULL!! Dairy Goats that have "Fatal Flaws"
are culled by selling for meat...same with hogs, sheep , dove
etc.
Are there times I have to waste one and throw it in the
bucket...of course....
Please dont compare and animal to a human...animals DONT HAVE
FEELINGS>>>THEY HAVE INSTINCT......THEY CANT REASON>>>>That is
why a pet snake WILL BITE YOU>....because to them you are just
another life form nothing more nothing less....do your birds
recognize you....not they recognize the food related to
you....food and sex are what control animals... Chimps are our
closest relatives....they make tools...they are like
humans...but again..they dont have reason....A chimp just
attacked a trainer whom raised him...the were 'FRIENDS" the
article said...well....I dont know about you but I have not had
a friend just snap and rip off one of my arms and bite the crap
out of me out of the blue.....you see ANIMALS DO....INSTINCT is
what kicks in...the PRIMAL SCREAM so to speak.
I am native American...and Animals were put on this earth to
benefit the human through companionship, food and well.....fun.
Many think having a horse is evil and cruel..they are natural
running free on the plains in large groups.....not fenced
in....strapped with a saddle and carrying a human...that is
UNNATURAL>>> but guess what we DOMESTICATED THEM....and guess
what they are getting more food, meds, vaccines and care then
any animal in the wild. Same goes for our birds.....they get
top quality food, meds, perfect breeding areas and the list goes
on.....I bet the other pigeons....IF THEY COULD TALK AND
UNDERSTAND AND HAVE FEELINGS>..they will say...it sucks to be
Jonnie.....but I am glad that I can roll my ass off...I am in
the stock loft....getting some lovely ladies.....have a
beautiful home....and since I dont care about my young because I
dont have feelings..(hence the reason I will mate my own
kid)...I dont care if they get culled.....Just keep me fat and
happy...because instinct tells me.....to stay where the food is.

By the way..like another post....I too have killed my own hog
that I raised from a baby.....helped cut it up....and then
wrapped it and then froze it and then ATE IT.....that my friend
is the circle of life..that is why we have teeth...

First of all Trammell ....when I DIE.... God will have nothing
to do with it. Secondly, when I die, I know that I am going to
HEAVEN.... For the simple reason I spent over 12 months in
Hell already.... I was in Vietnam in 1969. So your statement
you made "What if when you die God culls you because you didnt
do something perfectly...." has ABSOULTLY no valitty at
all.......I can only imagine how CRAPPY your birds are,if you
kept every bird you bred... Maybe you should go and join
PETA... Put your beliefs to better use then on this site... They
could use MORE ppl like YOU with their stupid and dumb
beliefs...
Here here Paul.. once again YOU nailed it .... Iaam glad we are
both on the same side...

have several neighbors I'd like to cull, but I don't think I
want to eat them! LOL!
