Hi Paul, congratulations! ;D I see you almost took second
qualifier as well. Missed by like less than 3 points! WOW! Keep

Cliff,
Scott has be up to his elbows in his new business and has not
had a ton of time to fly or even prepare for a comp. So he sat
out this year.....Joe Urbon was out of the state working and
could not fly, Steve Bills was destroyed by BOP, Brent Timeus
had other things going...That is just to name a few.
It was a different fly not having all the old faces....but we
still had a blast because we had many new comp guys join the
circus.
Tough year for flying rollers in Nor Cal. The BOP are
migrating that is for sure. I had been flying pretty much 3-4
teams a day for the last month and lost 4 birds to BOP....all in
the last 8 days.... Was hit by 3 BOP during the fly of my
B-team. They can really mess up a fly....especially preparing
for a fly.
Student to the Game....Larry Ellis....lost many birds
preparing and his poor kit flew scared....you could tell it had
it in them..but they were on the look out.
All in all a good fly.
