Dell get to know fliers around you to help with birds. Watch
them fly first. If not talk to Tony. Thats what I plan on doing
       this spring. Shawn

Dell, The best advice I was given when I was getting started was
to get one family and stick with it. Dont reinvent the wheel. I
started out with 5 familys and man what a headache ! I wasted 2
years doing this. I am working with one family now, I have
learned how to handle them, there strong points and weak points.
My birds all work together being a tight family and if I run
into a problem I can pick up the phone and find a answer. James
has been working with rollers for about 50 years so I look at it
as being 50 years ahead of were I would be. Alot of people want
to make there own family of birds and I'm fine with that But if
someone like Tony could put you years ahead of the game with all
of there years of hard work ? It makes sense to me !

I find my self looking at and wanting every line I see. I think
I need to just pick one like you said Ty. Just waiting for that
one pair that I can start with and work from. Shawn

You can always hold the fosters off with wooden eggs or hold off
the pumpers the same way, just remember to turn the fertile eggs
       even before the incubation starts.Dennis
