       whos birds?

       Ok Guys,
whos birds is it when you cross so many birds into the lines.
i started with plona based birds from Marcus Freeman, crossed
them will the Flashover strain from Paul Fullerton for the body
color, then a few genarations from the kids i crossed them with
joe embertons line of birds to add frequency and shorter time to
come in, then now i added some tim decker birds to them,, and
       thats what i have now..
       what do i call them?
can i call them my birds?
or are they tim decker because his birds were the last to blend
       in?

My birds came from Cliff Ball, Jay Yandle , Jay Knepp, Don
Greene , and James Turner. All of there birds go back to one
another and past that to Bill Pensom and Lyod Thompson. I might
breed a bird from James to another bird from James but when I
place the band on the offspring it is a Vaportrail Roller bred
by Ty Coleman. I give all the guy's ahead of me the credit they
are due but on fly day win loose or draw it is my name on the
       score sheet.

Once any birds leaves the original breeders lofts, they are no
longer ( His ) birds. William Pensom's name is still being
attatched to various Rollers in this country. With all the junk
Rollers we have around today, how fair is it to call them Pensom
Rollers, when He had no control over how they were bred? In the
same way, the person you got your birds from has no control over
how you breed them. For good or bad, they are your birds. Put
your name on them, and breed them to the best of your ability,
for the AIREAL qualities this breed was developed for.

If you bred the bred, fed, and flew the bird it is yours.
However give credit where it is due. I have Billings and Starley
family of birds. I have not done anything good with them yet so
       they are mine. LOL
However if I am ever a master flier and everyone wants a few
from me, they will still be mine, but I will say they came from
the work of other Master flier, including Jay Starley and Ken
       Billings.
