I have looked for some of these same. Several of them were never
formally published by a printing/distribution co. Those that
were, were made in short runs, meaning only a few books were
printed up at a time until they were sold. I would bet than none
of these have had a printing run anytime recent. Best bet would
be to find used copies through a second hand book seller. My
mother was a librarian (retired) for a school dist. I put her in
search for them and she wasn't able to find any through her
sources.
Good luck, sorry Im no help
