NBRC National Championship Finals judge

The Finals judge for the 2011 NBRC National Championship will be
Joe Emberton. Our thanks to Joe for stepping up. Joe has many
years of competition under his belt and I know he will do a
great job.

Joe is a good judge and pigeon man.. He does seperate the wheat
from the chaff .. if it isn't right he won't score it.
