i was wondering how many sqaubs have you raised out of 1 pair by
pumping there eggs to other pairs.

I started breeding breeding March 1st and have 7 sets of eggs
from 4 different pair, so I guess it depends how long of a
breeding season you have. These 4 pair are all 1st year
breeders, so I'm trying to get as many as I can get, to see what
       they can do.

Jeff, if you pump with one pair I guarantee you'll get squeeker
over 50 in a single year...

It can be hard on a hen to lay every 10 to 14 days. I have 7
babies off of one hen that all with in 45 days of each other.
However the last round she only laid one egg. So I rested her.
I think it would be better on the hen, to have two hens. Do
       three rounds, then switch.

That is 25 rounds , can't be done .. nor should one try to if
they value the hen. Sometimes it's better to just listen and
       learn from others.

I have a 2004 hen that has laid 82 eggs since 2005. The most
eggs I got in a year from a hen is the 22 eggs she laid in
2006....beings I have two other hens I am concentrating on in
2011 and not enough individual pens to support all the pairs
Brandon and I are wanting to use she will not be used near as
much .....so we will pair her up and get probably 3 rounds after
we finish with some of the other pairs.

That Hen has to be from the leghorn bloodline that will lay
       daily.

Holy cow Jay, if I were you, I'd be pumping out my 70-80%
excellent birds. I mean, if you could get 50 eggs from a single
pair, all you need is 3 pairs and 5 foster pairs and in a single
year, you'd get about 112 all blur rollers with absolutely no
problems. You gotta start Jay and then share the wealth. All I'm
asking for is just 3 ybs because that means I'll get at least
all blur pigeons. Help me get started :)

I will pump (2) rounds from a pair then let them raise the 3rd.
This gives the hen a break from laying. I will do my best to
repeat this when she starts laying again. I am doing good if I
get 9 rounds out of a hen in a year. Even this seems to be hard
       on the hen.
