I took a quick look for you and this is what I found in a sales
blurb for the product:

Ad-Herb Original is extensively recommended for rearing,
breeding, racing and moulting pigeons.
It is blended into corn pellets and only costs approximately one
pence per bird per week (if administered at the correct dose).
Ad-Herb contains an active ingredient which is a specific
variety of oreganum.
This will help improve performance and feather condition in
pigeons, and also aids good digestion.
