Did you re-issue the bands they are old ones? That really sucks

No I don't believe so... The 2k on the band is not the year but
the number of the bird that was breed... Hope I'm answering
right... They're all 2011 birds.
Yes it sucks! Not a good start getting back into the hobby :(
