       Hey Guys--the problem with BOP's isn't going away---once the
Feds gave all the BOP's all the rights--and the pigeon people
zero, you are going to get the short end of the stick from now
on---I have only one solution to the problem, either raise more
and fly them despite the BOP's or go to show birds--You are
never going to get the Feds to change their minds--NEVER
[/quote] I'm with you on that one. They left late this year
and came back 6 weeks erlier than last year. I just raise more
       to fly. shawn

First flight loss >:( Put three late hatch youngsters out on
the landing board for there first flight lessens yesterday. Two
flew to the loft roof and the third flew to the neighbors
roof.My kit started coming down and the third bird went off the
roof, spotted the loft and headed towards it when a cooper cut it
off over my neighbors yard.It had no chance. :( Joe

Sorry for your loss Joe. It's getting harder to fly at my house
as well. I was out sde drinking my morning coffee and heard the
cooppers by my house calling out at 6:30 am. So it looks like
I'm on lock down till spring. Shawn

i guess there's less chance of losing your birds to bop's, you
can fly your birds at big parking lots or at a big open field.
no trees/less tress then there should be less bop's around, just
my thought but people has done portable for years please chime
       in on this topic!

Who said BOP have no purpose!! They provide good excuses to
people who wants to avoid participating in the NCF and W/C
competitions. Please get your facts straight (lol).
