Is my loft design ok for 2-3 pairs

Alright so ive had rollers all my life, im 23, and my dad has
been into pigeons since before i was born. I recently moved to
an apartment complex, and i live on the top floor(3rd) and have
a outdoor patio, i can keep pigeons here, but dont have room for
a big loft, the loft i started building will be 4 foot high, 2
foot wide, and 4 foot long, it will actually be a hair bigger
than 4 foot tall because i made one end 4 foot and the other 5
foot so i can have a lean too style roof, but anyway do you guys
think my coop would be ok for 2 maybe 3 pairs of birds, also
with only 1 or 2 pairs will they want to stray off with any
feral birds in the area, or will they come back to the loft? My
old flock, and my dads current flock has around 15 pairs of
birds. Also ive got a chance to get all the free german owls i
want, a buddy of mine started a breeding project, and it just
got of control very fast. Do you guys think keeping a pair of
german owls, with a pair of rollers could work, would the german
owls be able to fly around like the rollers and will they come
back? I was also thinking about maybe trying to get a german
owl, and roller to pair up and see what the offsprings like,
what do you guys think about that idea? I know some say it ruins
the traits of both breeds but if i were to i would only let them
reproduce once, and keep the one bird for myself to kind of
       experiment with.

I can send you a simple excel spread sheet that I made, you just
put the number of birds you have in the box and hit enter, and
it will tell you square feet of floor space and air space you
       should have.
Sounds like plenty of room, but once you start getting some
babies it will get crowded. What state are you in?
the owls might fly around a bit if encouraged, if any thing,
they would be good droppers for the rollers.
