The Witch-king was the ruler of the kingdom of Angmar. He is the
most powerful of the Nazgūl

Biography:
Early Life
The Witch-king (often referred to as simply Angmar) was
originally the king of Angmar until Sauron gave him one of the
Nine rings and he became a wraith.
Skills and abilities:
Combat skills
Angmar was highly skilled with a sword or mace, able to briefly
hold his own against Elrond.
Spellcraft
Angmar was a very powerful sorcerer.
Equipment:
Angmar used several weapons; a long pale sword, a huge hollow
black flail
