       Quantum torpedo

       A quantum torpedo is high-explosive plasma warhead, fired using
       compressed air. Like a plasma torpedo, but much more powerful.
       Average TNT equivalent: ~90 g
       Range: ~30 feet
       Advantages
       Tend to do even more damage than Photon torpedoes
       Disadvantages
       Expensive, cannot be carried by planes, range is limited
