       An electrostaff is a staff melee weapon, similar to a cattle
       prod

       with electrodes at
       each end, used to stun or kill enemies with a powerful electric
       shock (comparable to an electric mousetrap).
       Electrostaffs are usually made of fiberglass-reinforced
       ceramics, which resist the heat of lightsaber blows.
       Electrostaffs are greatly feared by lightsaber duelists, as the
       electricity goes through the saber's plasma blade and into the
       wielder's hand unless the hilt is covered in rubber (which is
       still not failsafe
