       Database: Attack Potency

       Attack Potency is the power level of an attack.
       Levels:
       Below Mouse (under 0.01 J)—less than the average mouse.
       Mouse (0.01-0.06 J)—average mouse.
       Supermouse (0.06-5 J)—beyond what a realistic unarmed mouse can
       do, but within the range of an armed one.
       Rat (5-30 J)—can throw mice over distances

       />and lift objects whose weight is measured in pounds.
       Human (40-300 J)—human, ranging from children to athletes.
       (For Street and higher, we use VS Battles Wiki levels.)
       Street (30 J-15 kJ)—the level of armed warriors and some human
       superheroes.
       Wall (15 kJ-21 MJ)—many movie dinosaurs are this level.
