       Database: Lifting strength

       Lifting strength is how much a character can lift. It can be
       measured in Newtons (N), Joules (J), or grams (g).
       Lifting strength in weight/mass:
       Lifting strength in kg or g is simple. Just figure out how much
       the thing being lifted weighs.
       Lifting strength in energy:
       To find out lifting energy, just plug the numbers into the
       equation below:
       W = Fd
       W is the work, or energy, of the lift. F is the force. d is the
       distance lifted. SO, just multiply the force (in Newtons) by the
       distance (in meters) to get the work (in Joules).
       Another way, if you don't know the force, is:
       W = (height lifted to)(mass of object)(gravitational force)
