The total destruction radius is about 2 feet, so the yield is
about 0.1 lb, or 40g. [1] (Conservative estimate.)

By radius: to have a radius for total destruction of about 1
meter, you need about 0.1 pounds of TNT, or 45 grams.
By destruction: given that the blast vaporized about 40g of
bone, if we assume that bone requires about 3MJ/kg to vaporize,
[1] then the yield is about 0.12MJ, 120000J, or 28.6gTNT.
       [1]: This is a guess.

To create a blast that damages everything within 1 meter
requires 0.01 pounds (4 grams) of TNT. [1]
Okay, that seems... low. Let's try by destruction. To pulverize
       7080 cc of rock requires 1515120 J, or 362g of TNT. [2]

       Viserion vaporizes ice

       ---------------------------------------------------------
  HTML https://cdn1-www.mandatory.com/assets/uploads/gallery/game-of-thrones-gifs/zombie-viserions-blue-flames-were-super-lit.gif
If we assume the zombie dragon vaporizes 5 kg of ice, then...
50g of ice requires 36490 calories to turn to steam, [1] which
works out to 152674 joules. [2] 50g is 1/100 of 5 kg, so
       15267400J are needed.
       15267400J is just over 15 megajoules. That's 3.585 kgTNT. [3]

       Drogon melts the Iron Throne

  HTML https://img.huffingtonpost.com/asset/5d4317a9240000ff3493724f.gif?ops=scalefit_630_noupscale[/img]
If we assume that the Iron Throne weighs 3567 kg (calculated
from a block of iron 2 x 2 x 4 feet), then it will require
       4565.76MJ to melt. That's 1091kgTNT. [1]
Yeah, I accidentally did this one in real life figures. [s]Maybe
I'll fix that sometime. For now, just divide everything by 14 to
get an approximate answer.[/s] Here is the RW version:
       Iron Throne's weight = .1007744 kilograms.
Therefore, it will require 0.768908672 megajoules to melt, or
       0.183773583174 kgTNT.

       Smaug heats rock

  HTML https://gfycat.com/lonebigiberianmidwifetoad
Smaug seems to heat maybe 300g of rock (which we'll assume is
       granite) by about maybe 980K
  HTML https://www.hearth.com/talk/wiki/know-temperature-when-metal-glows-red/.<br
/>The specific heat capacity of granite
  HTML http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/Tables/sphtt.html#c1<br
       />is 0.790 J/g K.
       0.790 x 980 x 300 = 232260 joules
232260J is 232.26KJ. Given that that's just a tiny fraction of
the area of his breath, it's pretty impressive.
