0.01: Dain rides forward on his boar. For some reason he has not
sent any skirmishers out.
0.35: He sees the Elven army and retreats, dodging a few arrows.
0.57: Dain rejoins his army of Dwarves from the Iron Hills.
1.03: The Dwarven cavalry charge around the pikemen—Dwarves
armed with spears, riding huge goats. Why Dain thinks a cavalry
charge into a strong force of archers and spearmen is a good
idea is unknown.
1.14: The Elven archers are idiotically deployed in front of the
spearmen! They see the goat-riders and prepare to fire. They
wait until the Dwarves are almost on top of them.
1.22: They somehow barely get a few shots in before they're
trampled and destroyed by the wave of goats.
1.27: The spearmen of the Elves move forward to meet the Dwarven
advance, but do not lower their spears.
1.32: The Dwarves somehow smash right through the spearmen at
first. They are eventually stopped. Serves them right for
running right into spears.
1.33: The Dwarven pikemen finally advance. Dain leads them.
1.37: Finally a good idea—the Dwarves lower their pikes and form
a loose phalanx. The Elves do the same.
1.47: Thranduil leads his soldiers in a huge charge on the
Dwarven left, but they slow down, weakening their attack. None
protect their king, who is brought down by the Dwarves.
1.59: Neither side moves now—they appear to be too scared.
2.01: "To be continued" appears on the screen.
