I think the ranks should be:
Guest- No premissions.
Member- Post on Forums
Mini-Mod- Post on Forums,Delete Forum Posts
Moderator- Post on Forums,Delete Posts, ban Members,
Administration- All - Edit Websight
CEO & Founder- All Edit Websight

Sounds like a good idea! But I guess the Admins is busy working
on other works right now than ranks!

Mini-Mods should not be able to delete posts, just let it so
they can put "Post has been reported by mini mod"
