       Can the admins add groups?

       many forums sites i have been on have had groups, plus more
       badges. Also some i have made, using free forum makers like
       y'all did, had access to allow creation of groups by admins. Is
       this feature possible?

       If it isn't, it should be added in the next update.
       I just wouldn't want any war groups...
