NAC (Why am I feeling Sick and Faint)

I strongly believe in NAC. Recently I upped my dose to 500x 2 on
workout days. Not thinking this would be an issue. After taking
1000 mg. 3x on my workout days. During the day. I noticed I
fell sick to my stomach and thought I was going to faint. It
would go and come throughout the day, in phrases. Although
troubling I started eliminating things from my diet. It was not
until I cut out NAC that I noticed these symptoms went away.
Once I lowered my dose down to 200 mg x2 on workout days. I was
able to continue NAC. Below is a more understanding about NAC

I think too much of anything could have some negative effects. I
myself take 2 NAC pills per day w/out issue.
Ill have to double-check the dose of each pill.

The dose in mg makes the difference. Everyone is different.
What mg bother me may not bother you. It's with most things in
       life.
