       Supps I take daily

       In my Intra Drink:
       EAA's, HMB, Creatine, Electrolytes, Taurine
       I take a lot of heart health pills:
       Vitamin K2 & D3, Nattokinase, Fish Oil, NAC, TUDCA, etc
       2 mini aspirin a day.
       Does it do anything for me??
       Unsure, but blood-work has been holding nicely for the 16 years
       ive been doing bloods 3x a year...

       I think it's beneficial for people that workout to take extra
       "supplements" to help aid with recovery and the extra stress put
       on their bodies.
       That being said, I don't take any extra "workout" related
       supplements anymore (i.e. creatine, hmb, etc.) because of some
       minor
       kidney related issues that come with age more than anything
       else.
       I do take a multi-vitamin, some fish oil, and some extra B12 and
       Magnesium because of a prescription antacid I take that can
       delete those two minerals quite rapidly.
       That's about it nowadays. Back in the day, I tried everything at
       some point though...

       DaSarge this is a smart move for all to follow as we age.  That
       being said I have Incorporated fiber in 90% of my meals.  As we
       age it feels good to say regulated.  Plus I love a flat stomach.
       Due to injuries I'm trying to do as much cardio then calories I
       inject.

       I do use that as well, just once a day, a scoop of NOW Psyllium
       Fiber powder.
