       Hmmmm, that egg boat thing sounds OK but sweet potato? Yeah they
       are better for you than a regular potato but if you dig it out
       and eat the skin with it, it is not bad.

       For the life of me I cannot eat potato skins even fried red baby
       potatoes I think about it the entire time I'm eating them and if
       i get mashed red potatoes with skin in them I'll dig the skin
       out. lol
