       NLM Study on Skytrofa HGH
       The NLM study on SKYTROFA (lonapegsomatropin) focuses on its
       long-term effectiveness and safety in patients with growth
       hormone deficiency under routine clinical care. The study is a
       US Multi-center, Prospective, Non-interventional, Long Term,
       Effectiveness and Safety Study of Patients Treated With SKYTROFA
       (Lonapegsomatropin). Patients will be treated according to
       routine clinical practice, with no additional visits,
       examinations, or tests required beyond those performed as part
       of routine clinical practice, except for COAs (Clinical Outcome
       Assessments). The study aims to generate evidence on the
       long-term effectiveness and safety of SKYTROFA in these
       patients.
