This is why HGH , IGF1 and testosterone will help.
According to the National Library of Medicine, sarcopenia is the
progressive loss of muscle mass and strength that occurs with
aging. It's a musculoskeletal disease that can lead to weakness,
limited mobility, and increased risk of injury.
       Causes of sarcopenia
       Reduced muscle protein synthesis
Decreased stimulation or altered sensitivity to anabolic factors
       Immobility
Decreased synthetic capacity of the muscle
       Lower testosterone levels and IGF-1
       Insulin resistance
       Loss of motoneurons
       Effects of sarcopenia
Increased risk of falls and fractures
       Increased risk of disability
       Increased risk of insulin resistance
Increased risk of type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and
       osteoporosis
       Interventions for sarcopenia
Interventions that save muscle and improve mobility could help
       alleviate sarcopenia in the elderly
Increasing the proportion of energy from protein in the diet
could result in better preservation of muscle mass
Oral administration of a high protein liquid nutritional
       supplement could increase muscle mass

I think I am safe from that for now. I do see old people that
just live to sit on the couch and they decline fast. I don't
watch much TV and don't just sit around
