Never heard of MCV. So either I am OK or my doc does not check.

AHHHHHH, I am always high normal with RBC count and hematocrit.
Are they the same? Doc always says "We need to keep an eye on
this" every year. And every year she seems surprised at it. I
tried to explain I do cardio that puts me in a significant O2
deficit and the raised levels is my body's way of adapting but
she does not get it. Damn she is hot though and I do not have to
pay even a co-pay at this clinic (run by my municipality) So, I
deal with her lack of knowledge.
