       Exemestane is a steroidal suicide aromatase inhibitor.
       Exemestane aromatase inhibitors offer an anti-estrogenic effect
       by blocking the enzyme responsible for synthesizing estrogens.
       FDA approved it for treatment of breast cancer.  Male
       bodybuilders and athletes to counter the estrogenic side effects
       associated with the use of anabolic steroids.  This includes
       gynecomastia, fat buildup, and water retention.  It also
       contributes to fat lost and increases in muscular definition.
       Exemestane is one of the most potent aromatase inhibitors
       available.  Exemestane comes in 25 mg 30 tabs per container.
       To enhance definition, and decrease estrogen 12.5 mg to 25 mg
       EOD.
