I do not eat grains often. Not because of gluten but because
there are far better sources of carbs,
Lunch for me is 6-8 oz of grilled chicken, sometimes grilled or
sautéed veggies and normally blueberries. This is only during
the week. On the weekends I eat whatever. Berries are low GI so
my blood sugar levels never get above 125 mg/dl even when I do
have more refined carbs. Fasting I am in the high 70s.

I wish I could do this. But with the GASP openings or working
booths at shows abroad. I have to maintain the look. Now that
I'm no longer competing due to injuries. I think in about 10-12
years. I will change to a safer diet. I eat so many chicken
breast. I have to throw some Ronnie Colman "Yea Buddy Barbecue
sauce. Nu Trail. makes a No sugar added, 2 G carb, G sugar and
gluten Free. Cacao Nut Granola snack. I nibble on through out
the early part of day.
