Only on high carb days for me. It works well. Fills me out,
keeps insulin sensitivity high and no storage of visceral fat.
Had my DEXA scan this week and despite pushing food high this
off season, visceral fat was less than half a pound.

That is a great reading. Do you snack often? While off season.
I get bored when not focusing on a show or no GASP openings to
prep for. I eat

No snacking. Even in the off season, I stick to the meal plan
100% of the time. I will adjust my number of high days I have
per week based off growth, maintenance and cutting. It is
honestly the exact same food in the off season as it is in
pre-contest and the same volume per meal. I just have 3 high
days per week when I am trying to grow, 2-3 during maintenance
and 1-2 during pre-contest.

That is great. Now. I feel guilty. You just made me get back on
track. When I’m around all my gym mates. It was do-able. Now the
wife, the family I fall off the wagon. Being around them. But
no excuse. U just gave me a nice beat down. In a kind way.
