       Thanks for having me. I am Tiny on other boards for many years,
       but looks like someone else assumed my username here. I think
       that’s the first time I’ve ran into this.
       Mid 40’s recreational bodybuilder returning to a more serious
       training schedule. I ended up taking a long break after some
       back to back injuries, birth of my son, and craziness of
       starting my own business.
       I’m older and hopefully wiser now and am focused on health,
       sustainability, and taking care of my body. I was a little
       reckless in my younger “invincible” years.
       Glad to be hear.
