       Real Truth About Supplements Video  (A Must Read)

       When you watch this video you will know the truth on
       supplements.  I got sponsored years ago.  I had to sign a
       contract agreeing not to bad mouth the protein supplement for 5
       years.  This company paid for my contest, air plane tickets ect.
       Supplements are great as supplements to get some nutrition in
       between meals .  The body needs food to support muscle and
       metabolize which is important for transporting vitamins,
       proteins and produces energy to burn fat ect.  Not a fan of Rich
       but he speaks the truth pissing off the supplement companies
