       Interesting. It had no impact on my A1C or fasting glucose
       levels, although I am not a type 2 diabetic. I would be a type 2
       diabetic if I didn't eat clean, spend 8 hours in the gym a week,
       do 5-10 hours of cardio a week, take 1500 mg of berberine a day
       and use insulin around high carb meals/days.
